At Dryft Club, we take pride in the quality of every piece we put out. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns withinΒ 3 daysΒ of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags are intact
- The item is in its original packaging
Items that areΒ not eligibleΒ for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items marked as final sale
- Customized or made-to-order pieces
How to Initiate a Return
Email us atΒ dryftstudio.in@gmail.comΒ with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
We'll respond withinΒ 2β3 business daysΒ with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed withinΒ 5β7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping charges areΒ non-refundable
Exchanges
We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. To request an exchange:
- Email us at dryftstudio.in@gmail.com withinΒ 3 daysΒ of delivery
- Shipping charges for exchanges areΒ borne by the customerΒ β both return shipping and re-delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us withinΒ 48 hoursΒ of delivery with photos. We'll make it right β replacement or full refund, your call.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping is theΒ customer's responsibilityΒ unless the item is defective or we made an error.
